About Habitat Verges
Hi, I am Ruben Waschk, the face behind Habitat Verges. Growing up on the south coast in Denmark, Western Australia, where my parents ran a native tree farm and tree-planting business, I developed a lifelong passion for our unique local plants and landscapes.
After spending time working in other industries, I’ve found my way back to our native flora. Now, as a father of two, I’m thrilled to be doing something I’ve grown up around and truly love: Creating native spaces that are beautiful and easy to live with, making everyday streets feel greener, calmer and more alive - from small, sunny strips to larger neighbourhood verges.
